Client & Objective: A major international client required 14 custom overhead cranes to be manufactured in China and delivered to the Ghaenat project site over a 24-month period.
The Challenge: Coordinating cross-border payments, rigorous production tracking, complex logistics, and tight scheduling—all under one cohesive strategy.
